It fulfills the demands being made by the government to produce high quality houses at a price which is affordable whilst minimising the impact on the environment.

The design has been developed from the original award winning Tommy House designed by Steve Willis and built by Tommy Walsh in the Fens. We will produce the maximum amount of house for the minimum amount of money which is the opposite of current developers who build to the minimum standard and charge the maximum amount of money for their products.

The turnkey option includes kitchen and bathroom fittings all electrical and plumbing. The only elements not included are the final paint finishes and the cost of services connections
